Using NailArt

By accessing or using NailArt, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use NailArt for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. You may sign in with email and password or a supported Google account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats, or material violations of these terms.

Service features

NailArt provides design discovery, saved collections, planning tools, generator briefs, and style recommendations. Results are for inspiration and general planning only. They are not medical, dermatological, biometric, or professional salon advice, and they do not guarantee a particular result. Features and catalog content may change as the service develops.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as brief notes and optional reference photos. You grant NailArt a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. You must have permission to submit the content and must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive material.

Subscriptions and billing

NailArt Pro subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on the monthly or annual schedule shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime by contacting support@nailartlibrary.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise.

Payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or when we expressly agree to a refund. We will provide reasonable notice before a material price change applies to a future renewal.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, or submit deceptive information.
• Do not probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, security, rate limits, or service infrastructure.
• Do not introduce malware, scrape the service at unreasonable scale, or use it to harm another person.
• Do not resell the service or present NailArt content as your own service without written permission.

Our content and third-party services

NailArt and its licensors retain rights in the site, software, branding, and catalog content. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership. Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, analytics providers, and linked websites have their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimers and liability

NailArt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NailArt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using NailArt at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, and dispute handling survive termination where applicable.
